Told you.......

That we are not exciting, and therefore this blog will not be exciting.  I figured since it has been 4 months since I last posted, I was due!

Things have been (somewhat) interesting around here.  Since March, Mr. Not-So-Interesting was out of work for 2 months, and has been at his new job for about a month and a half now.  He absolutely LOVES his new job.  He is so busy that many days he doesn't have time for lunch and couldn't be happier.   I am still at my job, and will be hitting my 1 year anniversary this coming week.  Woohoo you say?  Not so much.  Unlike, oh, say the rest of the world, my 1 year there will not be acknowledged with a raise or....well, anything.  I commented to my boss the other day, and he seemed shocked, he had no idea.  Gee, thanks.

The apartment is starting to come together more.  After 2.5 years of living here, it is definitely getting more home-like.  And since I know Mr. Not-So-Interesting is not going to want to leave his job for a LONG time, it is looking like Florida is once again on the back burner.  I know there must be a reason, in the grand scheme of things, for us to be staying in Maryland......however I am clueless as to what it is. The winters are horrible, the summers hotter and more humid.  Yuck......I seriously hate MD and wish I was living in FL again.

And.....the most exciting thing to date has to do with wedding pictures.  Two years and 1 month after the wedding we finally have..........no, not our album.  Just CDs with all of our proofs.  But this is a HUGE victory.  Two weeks ago we thought we wouldn't ever have anything, and now we have these.

So thats what is going on in our not-so-exciting lives.  I'll try to update more often, but, well....we're boring.
